Everything you need to know.

Built for a specific person.

This is for

The quietly exhausted. The successful and the burnt-out. The ones who have everything — except the time to feel alive.

Wellness and slow travellers. Conscious explorers. Founders, creative teams, and small private groups. Solo travellers and international visitors who want real cultural immersion — not a resort.

The ones who want Ladakh, really want it — not as a checklist. The ones willing to slow down enough to notice what stillness feels like.

This is not

A vacation. It is a reset. The difference matters.

If you're looking for a checklist tour, a five-star spa, or a personal-records bootcamp — this won't be it. If you're not sure which side you're on, talk to Stanzin first.

Traveling solo?

Most guests come alone. Stanzin personally vets every participant. The group is small (15), the team is local, and safety at altitude is built into every day of the program. If you have specific concerns, raise them in your first message — Stanzin will answer honestly.

Connectivity
Pangong village (Days 3–4) has no signal — by design. Hanle (Days 5–6) is BSNL only, intermittent at best. Leh days have working WiFi. Plan to be away from screens for the middle stretch. Most guests say it's the part they remember most.
Bringing a group
Stanzin runs private cohorts too — same 8 days, your people only. Sweet spot is 10–20, and smaller groups work as a custom package. Corporate retreats, creative communities, founder circles, partner teams, families. Fill the form on the home page, pick "A small group / custom package," and mention your group — Stanzin will come back to you personally within 24 hours.
Personalized trips
Not tied to a cohort date? We also curate completely personalized Ladakh trips — you choose the days, the places, the adventure activities, and any needs for stay or transport, and we build the itinerary around you. Fill the form and pick "A personalized trip," or message Stanzin on WhatsApp.
Weather in August
Dry and sunny in the valleys (15–25°C daytime) but cold at altitude (0–10°C at Pangong and Hanle). Layers are essential. A packing list is shared before arrival.
Inner Line Permit
Required for Pangong and Hanle. Stanzin's team handles the permits. You just need a valid government ID.
Extending your stay
Many guests add 2–3 days in Leh before or after. Stanzin can recommend guesthouses.
